Parents of helmet-less bike riding teens can be fined

KOTA BARU: Kelantan police will not hesitate to take stern action against underaged children found riding motorcycles without helmets.

State Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department chief Superintendent Zamri Mohd Rawi said teenagers found doing so could be slapped with a compound of between RM150 and RM300 under the traffic rules.
